The latest ManWinWin implementation: VJS Group in Vietnam

ManWinWin Software has just implemented its maintenance management software at VJS, a Vietnam based group dedicated to the production of steel. The project took place in Hai Phong city and was implemented jointly with ECC Bách Khoa, a company belonging to the global partner network of ManWinWin Software.

The Vietnamese group VJS selected ManWinWin software to support its maintenance management. The company markets steel products to meet the demanding needs of customers operating in the civil steel and building steel markets. In order to supply products with superior quality and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, VJS Group has ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Kaizen methodology in place.

The scope of the project comprised consulting services on the best practices to be followed in maintenance management, definition of procedures, consulting and on-the-job training sessions in ManWinWin. The implementation was performed by ManWinWin Software together with ECC Bách Khoa, a company belonging to ManWinWin Software’s global partner network.

Đặng Hoàng Tùng, Chief Operating Officer at VJS Group, is confident about the contribution of ManWinWin to operations in the Group’s plants: “VJS group located in Hai Phong city – Vietnam is a new company in steel industry. At the beginning, I asked my IT and technical team to develop a new module of ERP to manage the maintenance activities of the factories. After one year of such a trial development, I understood that works need a team with not only good programmers but also very skilful engineers, and therefore, the best way to enhance our technical management in the factories is to cooperate with a professional software developer like Navaltik, who has more than 30 years’ experience in consultancy and development of maintenance software. Even though it takes time to establish the database for a new software, I realize that this MWW software project will help us manage well all the machinery and equipment in the whole factories, meanwhile save time and costs in long-term factory operation. With strong supports from Navaltik, I do believe this MWW software project will be applied and operated successfully in my factories.”

The project, implemented in Hai Phong city, Vietnam, represents another step of ManWinWin in Southeast Asia, where the software is already being used in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Republic of Laos or Thailand.
